I could have sworn I'd posted this before - but I can't find it in the threads - nor do I find the PM's I *know* I've sent out - I must have "neatened" my archives up at some point.

Heffalump is more a process then a recipe.

1 box instant pudding
1 container flavored creamer (or a combo of fluid milk with powdered flavored creamer)
1 large container Cool whip

mix the pudding - let it soft set, add the cool whip, finish letting it set in the fridge. devour.

I usually try to get the bestest combination of fat free/sugar free that I can. Very very rarely you can find coolwhip that is both. there are a couple flavours of instant pudding that are both. Creamers are usually one or the other.


My favorite combination is white chocolate pudding with baileys cream flavoured coffee creamer. But fudge pudding with bailey isn't bad. Nor is fudge with ameretto.
