ARRRR!!! Rapaire will not be returning from his cruise until September, 22nd! That means he won't be here for National Talk Like a Pirate Day on September 19th! He'll probably be somewhere in the Erie Canal. Will he be able to talk like a pirate if he's actually on a ship? Or will the captain and crew of the ship think he's really a pirate if he starts talking like one and make him walk the plank?
