Bloviate is a word used by Bill Oreilly every day on his tv show for at least the last 6 months.   When he finishes the viewer e-mails he ends with "If you wish to Opine, e-mail me at Oreilly@foxnews.com and no bloviating, that is the job of the host" or something very similar to that.
