And probably some oxygen and water, and some dirt and plants and it can't be too hot or too cold. There are probably a few other things too. Anyway, you get all the stuff you need, and then you have to have enough compassion for others that you don't go around strangling people just because they piss you off. It's OK. If humans live long enough, they'll invent the Internet, and you'll be able to do the verbal equivalent of strangling someone, and everybody will think you're normal.
