But it was cloudy, so the satellite couldn't really tell.

But some anonymous government sources from SoKorea said, well maybe it did look a little like a mushroom cloud.

But it DEFINITELY wasn't a nuke.

Because Colin Powell said so.

And we all know how right Colin Powell is about these weapons of mass destructions, after all.
