Now the contractor is charging me almost thirty percent more than his estimate! And he won't do the caulking and painting because " he doesn't really do that" and wants me to hire another set of people to do that! I withheld the extra thirty percent and demanded that he finish the job but now he'll probaably just send it to collections! Bah, humbug!
