Salmon Patties

1 can salmon, drained (14 oz.)
1 egg white
1 T. butter oil
12 crumbled saltines
dash of minced onion
dash of dill weed

Form into patties. Fry in a skillet over medium heat
in a small amount of oil until crunchy on both sides.
Makes 6-8 patties.
