It's not much, but it's one thing you can do every day which is unequivocally good. I've stuck a link to it on my email signature, and I urge otthers to do the same.

I know it sounds trite, but it really is that better sometimes to light one candle than to curse the darkness. (Looked at another way, all it takes is one spark to burn a city down; so the image in the candle isn't all that mild and gentle if you think about it.)
