Alas, my new job starts the day after the Getaway, so I won't be there this year. Waaaaaaahhh. But then again, having been unemployed since May 31, it will be nice to have a paycheck...

p.s. Yes, Rockland has nice lighthouses. Actually, there are gorgeous lighthouses all up and down the Maine coast and on many of the islands. Joe, you must come next summer. There is a BRAND NEW lighthouse museum--quite a big endeavor, actually--scheduled to open in Rockland in the summer of 2005. I'll try to remember to send you some info. on it. They're looking for "charter members" as part of their fundraising effort. kw
