Thanks Mark, it's great to hear about how the song got around. Hildebrand says he sometimes called it by that name too. Here in Australia the story behind the song is happily thought of as fanciful. At the time, in America, it was in fact a really scary event. Nothing like a highly charged emotional experience to produce a good song.
