Thanks SRS, we look for a small car, a Rover series 200 or 400 or small Hondas, in the range of 6,000 us dollars (used, 1994 to 2000) since American/Japanese cars are much higher in price. Yes, 6k dollars buy a perfect condition Rover, Honda or Alfa Romeo, while a brand new (base, no air con) VW Gol or Chevrolet Corsa made of cheap plastic costs 7,000 and a used Land Cruiser could reach 15,000.
Another limitation is that the car should be easily adaptable to natural compressed GAS which is the popular fuel here, and we know that the small Rovers run on gas very well (one fourth the price of gasoline)
