I was late turning it on and missed the Cottars.
This was no doubt the best set of the show. I didn't think that Arden or Blue rodeo blended with the Chieftains well at all. The Quebec stuff was better and the Inuit throat singing was interesting. I saw it before on Wayne Rosdad's show, but I'm not sure that it was the same performers.
I like The Chieftains but I just can't understand the desire to jam with artists who perform a different type of music. It just dosen't work well for any of the performers.
