I remember hearing Hoyt as an opening act for a concert of Joan Baez and Arlo Guthrie, at a race track outside of Chicago in '75. He got his children up with him to sing the "No No Song". He was a funny, warm and gracious performer, who seemed to love being up there doing his songs.
