No Reelbrew, I think they will be around still in 10 years, and probably longer.

Can't say that it will be as the Cottars, but the kids themselves will still be working in the music field.

Ciaran MacGillivray and his sister Fiona are the kids of Allister MacGillivray. If you don't recognize the name, think of Song For the Mira, Tie Me Down, Song for Peace, Song for the Sea, and a whole host of others. Allister wrote those and tons more. Ciaran looks like he'll follow in his father's footsteps. Not sure if he'll do stage work most of his life, but his musicianship is lovely to hear. Fiona's voice is to die for. The way I've put it is "She sings like someone who has been singing for 30 years", and she's just barely into her teens.

The other two kids, Jimmy and Roseanne Mackenzie are also talented in other instruments from Fiona and Ciaran. Fiona plays the fiddle and quite well for her age, and Jimmy handles guitar and bodhran.

My perception of the team is they'll work together as long as it's fun for them and will probably part amicably within another 5 or 6 years to work with other people or solo.

It'll be worth listening for many years to come.
