Anybody have a clue what this place is? I was running my AV program and kept getting put online....by this site:http://adv1.eblocs.com/spyblocs/adv/admed_006.html

I'm half afraid to go there for fear of what it will do. Something called 'Your PC is infected with spyware..click here to fix your computer' has added it's self to my tool bar. I can't seem to get rid of it.....help???
