Just a note - Ed McCurdy recorded the song, but he did not write it. The song was written by Ervin Drake and Jimmy Shirl.

I recently picked up another copy of the 45. I am amazed that so many people have been searching for this song. Assuming that it was popular in Cincinnati, I would assume that there were many 45's sold.
