Unlike your Bush-Kerry hoax, Bobert, which was simply unbelievable (because however bad Kerry is, Bush is worse in spades) I was reconciled to the possibility that this one might be true. I wouldn't take a word from those descriptions of Cheney above, but he's also smart on his feet. Or his ass, as he has apparently decreed it will be.

Anyway, thank God it was a wind-up and all is still to play for. My guess and hope is that the slick lawyer will come across as far more voter friendly and generally in tune with the world than the slick wheeler-dealer.
