I thought it meant being sorry oneself, not making your sworn enemies feel sorry!

Ah! Looks like the 'rockets' have turned back into 'stretchers' now again...

I'm not sure I could ever again trust such oxymorons who try that sort of lie on - one could end up in a war in the Middle East, or believe that people might throw their children overboard!
