A song with a great sing along chorus usually hits the right chord. I've had some success with Roll On Columia, or I Remember Loving You. Something I learned along the way that I believe is credited to Malvina Reynolds is: My favorite song is my newest song I'm learning or in the process of learning. (putting to memory)I usually try to include my favorite song even though that new song can be a dirge or sad song. My latest is "Tramps and Hawkers" or The Rose of the San Joaquin" by Jim Ringer. A sad sad song. But then when your turn comes back around again you can sing This Land and lift up those spirits.
