new piper also

just bought a set of pipes by Burleigh in F and living in HUddersfield (UK). I had a brief encounter with Scottish bagpipes as a teenager and play all sorts of instruments badly! I played clarinet saxaphone ( so I am used to the difficulties with single reeds but not double) whistles and low whistles + various stringed instruments. Have got Butlers book too

anyone any ideas for me
