Agreed- So what can be done, now, to avoid having them used in the future?

That is what I am trying to find out in this thread. Everyone seems to "KNOW" that the Bush administration did the wrong thing with Iraq- So what should be done about Iran? ( and North Korea, as well)? If anyone has ideas, lets hear them. Bobert has made some comments that, while I do not think all would be effective, at least address the issue.
