Interesting article but seems like the author is trying to have it both ways. He compares Kerry to Clinton and compares Kerry's Iraq views to Bush's but the evidence is less than damning.

His main contention is that, because of NATO, Canada may not be able to resist taking part in resolving the Iraqi issue. That may be true. However, - Kerry is right - the whole world does have a stake in what happens there.
