I knew a fellow who had severe physical challenges, and they caused him great difficulty with his speech. He teaches teachers how to work with special needs kids, and he is also one of the funniest people I have ever met. Anyway, he introduced me to a game of musical chairs for kids in which the aim of the game is to get as many kids seated on the chair as is safe. No kids are left out because the purpose is to be cooperative and work as a team. Fundamentally, we tend to exclude people who are different, and mostly we don't have to, because if kids are taught to be cooperative they will be cooperative. I would guess the write is an insightful individual who simply turned the 'problem' on its head. I would love to see the words or hear the song. Sounds like one heckuvan idea.
