Honest I tried to raise 'em right. I was born and bred a Massachusetts girl. My first born first saw the light of day in a Boston hospital for goodness sake. But living in the New York Metro area has warped their sensibilities when it comes to sports.

"...sit in the corner, and smile when Boston fans speak to you..."

The only one who can get that rule enforced is my Dad. Sorry Mick, but all four of my kids consider Uncles fair game when it comes to sport loyalty. Even my brother the Patriot season ticket holder has yet to find a way to shush their analysis.... Oh wait he seems to enjoy egging them on... Kinda like the folks here....

Today's rumor around the house is that the curse will once again prevail. It has already begun with an injury laden pitching staff .... It seems to be the only thing all four kids can agree on.
