I remember it. It was to the tune of "Buckle down, Winsocki". Some lines I think I remember are:

Pull your seatbelt snug
give an extra tug
buckle up for safety
buckle up

and

When you're driving, please
tell your riders, please
buckle up for safety
everybody buckle up!

or something like that.
