I've since come across a dusty copy of 'Songs of the people' - Lancashire dialect poetry of the industrial revolution, edited by Brian Hollingworth in the early eighties, containing a veritable wealth of Lancashire poetry including 'Our Sarah's...' including three verses not in the song.
