Please would anyone mentioned above contact me via email, where possible - I've been working on 'Where are they now' ideas for BBC GMR Sounds of Folk, and have so far managed to organise interviews with Ted Edwards and Rosie Hardman - both of which have already been broadcast. I also managed to track down some recordings of a friend who died many years ago, which was really wonderful.

We're only concerned with performers who originated (or were based) in the GMR catchment area, though.

Where necessary, I can arrange to interview people who knew the performers if they are no longer around. It is better if we have a recording to play, too - as long as it is suitable for broadcast.

Click here if you'd like to be involved - live in the studio, via telephone link, or a pre-recorded interview.

Alio (Ali O'Brien) is the programme's presenter, and I'm the producer. Laura Hockenhull and Jenny McCormick complete the team. We broadcast on Mondays between 8 and 9 p.m., and you can now listen on DAB or the Internet if you can't receive us on 95.1/104.6 FM.

Please get in touch!
