They should blindly follow all orders without questioning them. They aren't being paid to think or have an opinion. The majority of them are free of conscience or else they would not have marched in to murder innocents.
The minority who are capable of thought will be thrown out. The commanders can't be doing with displays of intelligence from sub ordinates. It might catch on and become a trend.
