Both were covered up by falsification, but the ground truth is that on eviolates a local code of morals, but otherwise did little harm; the other has inflicted the ultimate harm on uncounted thousands of humans.

Doing this for personal gain, or some sort of clique support, or from some sort of religous delusion, is a despicable course of action.
