Dick's working definition is "anything someone likes well enough to submit." Including tunes is helpful. Copyright info on modern songs is appreciated. The closer to being in our format (and therefore the less cleanup we have to do on it) the more likely it is to get incorporated sooner rather than later. If you submit 99 songs of the same genre, it is unlikely that all will be incorporated at the same time.
