I don't think this has to do with Clinton or Bush, GUEST. It has to do with multinational companies that assume they are bigger than any government they come into contact with and can do just about whatever they want to do. They've been out of control for a long time. They probably go back to at least the Reagan administration's deregulation frenzy.
