A lot of Mudcatters are wanting to set up their own websites.
Every experienced Techie who has achieved the level of a 'General Purpose Hacker' has usually been asked "How do you become a Hacker?".
The answer is of course, "Lots of hard word, especially lots of study of lot so techie things."
So if you want to design good looking websites that are also efficient, then you need to cover a lot of ground too. I had lots of links on my old box for this, but I have now found this new (to me) site which has lots of relevant information, and lots of differing opinions that cover most of the bases.
