15? Hey , that's pretty old... the youngest mother in the world (in South America) is probably nursing her 3yr old on her lap now, as she hits her teens.... she was 10 when she gave birth.

Seems to me that not only grandma, but the rest of that society is at fault, for not teaching this girl (and presumably any sexual partners) decent birth control, self control or the basics of human biology.

And Grandma better brush up on her Bible studies too... the wages of sin is Death, not pain.
