"Come Ye Sinners, Poor and Needy" is at the Cyberhymnal here. It has the "I will arise..." words in the chorus. The version linked-to is the Restoration tune, but be sure to check out the link to the Beech Spring tune also. (Beech Spring was the tune used as background music to Ken Burns' Lewis and Clark TV special.)
These two tunes make a beautiful medley when juxtaposed.
