I'm at work right now, but have several sets of lyrics to this melody at home which I will compare to what is available from these links and post if they are different. One is called something like "Far, Far Away from My Loving Father" with the prodigal son story. One is "Come thou Fount", and 2 are "I Will Arise." The version of "I Will Arise..." that I have from my grandfather's old United Baptist (AKA old Regular Baptist) book has many, many verses and appears to have combined "I Will Arise..." with "Come Thou Fount."
