Our meager 14 million, of which there for sure are some bad apples, though I wouldn't say anywhere near 5%, don't make headlines by blowing ourselves up, cutting off our enemy's heads, and live for the most part in an educated, civil lifestyle, has to make one wonder why, as a people, we are so successful, when we are so few.
