By "suppress the Republican vote" would you mean, fo rexample, by disenfranchising black votes, the way the Bush brothers did in 2000? Or perhaps by falsifying the voter rolls and trashing registaration forms if they are from the Democratic side? Is this your notion of honorable conduct?
