Speaking for myself, Eric, one of the points I'm making is to persuade you to stop whingeing, get real, grow up and do something constructive about the raw deal that public service broadcasting (and the status quo in general) metes out to our traditional heritage.

I expect Merina would wish to make the same point. Like most people (and as you very well know), MH reponds not at all well to constant carping (even though he richly deserves it, given the highly public position he occupies). The words "cat, skin and more than one" spring to mind.
