Hmm. Well, I like the idea of structure too. After all, I am a songwriter, and songs by their very nature demand a good deal of structure in order to match the musical rythm and timing, the chord patterns, and so on.

I got into writing haiku once for a bit. Maybe I'll look up some of them and post them here. That's a very sparse, simple structure, quite interesting in its own fashion.

I have never actually attempted to write a real sonnet. I'm sure I could, I just haven't bothered up till now.
