And, yeah, I'd like to see the shots fired thru a scope in that period of time. Heck, I have a scoped rifle and just finding a target thru it takes well over a second. Now yer using a bolt to expell the used cartridge and insert the fresh one, it doesn't take a lot of time but getting yer scope to find a moving target after doing so seems difficult to do in such a limited amount of time...

And, not that this mean anything but I spent a couple years on a shoot club with the NRA as a kid and also qualified as a marksman at my ROTC high school. Figuring the distance, the moving target, the scope, the motives of Ruby, I think there is ample evidence that we need a second look at the story that has been given...
