I sure would like to get inside the heads of some conservatives and see if they really like and/or respect Bush, or if they just want to keep a Republican in office no matter what, and are willing to swallow the damage the man has done in order to keep certain agendas running.
I, personally, think that the best thing they could do would be to soundly vote him OUT, and come back in 4 years with a candidate that more nearly reflects 'traditional' Republican/conservative values, that we could all repect, even if we didn't agree with him on everything.
