....strike two. My second guess was 3rd Eye Blind ...so I did a search at one of their lyric sites and still couldn't come up with a winner. I would at least like to be able to nail the band. They're popular right now because I hear that guy's distinctive vocal virtually every time my daughter commandeers the car radio....I suppose I'll have to (shudder) dial in the local pop jocks and suffer through Back Street Boys, Smashmouth, Eagle Eye Cherry, Cher, et al....until I hear that band. Then hopefully I can get a name. Stay tuned....
