You are all missing the point! The murder rate should be shared equally between Republicans and Democrats.

I suggest that either more Republicans be murdered (perhaps voluntarily?) until parity is achieved, or that the statistics be totaled and then divided by two in order that the murder rate be as close statistically as possible.

This proposal does not preclude a mixture of the two methods.
