The murder rate is lowest of all in Canada...where we have neither Democrats nor Republicans! :-)

Make America safer...elect a Canadian! We have several lovely parties you can choose from: the Bloc Quebecois (French wanting indepence or a big $ payoff), the New Democrats (supposedly socialists, but not really), the Conservatives (admirers of neo-con philosophy), and....are you ready for this?....the Liberals!!!!! (the party that most often wins elections here)

What do the Liberals really stand for? Well, they pretend to represent everyone, but actually they represent their rich corporate backers. They talk "liberal", but as soon as they are elected they enact conservative legislation that favours their rich backers. Surprise!!!

The Conservatives don't bother to talk "liberal" at all. They don't believe in "punishing the rich" (as they put it) and they make no bones about it. If ever elected they will do the same thing the Liberals do, only they won't pretend to be doing something else! No surprise!

The NDP talks socialist, but can't get elected anyway so why worry about it?

The Bloc talks independence, but will be happy to just get a big
payoff in the usual fashion. (emotional blackmail)

Oh, and there's the Green Party. Don't worry about it. No hope of getting elected.

Still...we DO have a lower murder rate! Vote Canadian for safe streets and fewer jails.
