2) The British 'Write to an American Voter' Campaign - guaranteed to generate a backlash - thus ensuring George gets back in.

Actually if the US wants to be World Sheriff, then the rest of us are entitled to tell the sheriff whether we thinks he is doing a good job... It may, if kept up every US Presidential Election, eventually assist in making Americans become more mature, as they realise the actions of the USA impinge on the citizens of other countries...
