A new pub that I performed at a week ago where the owner is a musician himself has a row of guitar holders on the wall on stage like a music store.
Just open the case, hang the guitar on the wall, and go about the rest of your business.
Very thoughtful.But all seriousness aside, when it's cold out, I let my guitar warm up in its case for 20 minutes or so before opening it, even if it is a Tak.
