I take your point, but surely you can see that its "the system" which produces evil regimes like that of George Bush,and even if Kerry was to carry the day, and attempted to bring forward a "progressive" agenda,how long would it be before the real power behind American politics engineered his removal.
Kerry would most likely be a good politician and do the bidding of the power brokers.
So you see there are no winning bets in this race,at least not for the ordinary people
