'Allo all... Its the first thing I look for...the make, that is!! Personally, I cant understand this affectation with Gibsons and Martins....in 40 yrs of fingerpicking , I never played one of either that I liked!!! (ok...its my opinion!!)I'd prefer to listen to a good player on a mediocre guitar............I know you're a Martinite, Pete,but I dont care!!!:-)
