I just booted up my computer the other day, for some reason now, that spyware seems to have totally disappeared.
I mean, it very well may still be hidden somewhere in the background, but not a single popup window or automatic execution of Internet Explorer.
just to be sure I went on the web, went to a number of sites, left the PC running for about 3 days straight, nothing at all.

Did it give up and delete itself?
Is it waiting to strike again on midnight of a specific date?
IS MICHAEL JACKSON REALLY BLACK!???

I dunno the answer to those questions, but i'm glad that I can finally once more use a program or play an online game without having it interrupted to reveal yet another IE popup.

Just to be safe though I installed norton systemworks 2005, which seems to be doing it's job very well, it's found a threat on my computer that it's enabled protection against
W32.Beagle.AV@nm is the name of it, it could be it...not 100% sure though. wouldn't kill anyone with a similar problem to get a removal tool for it though.
