Thanks to all. A bad workman blames his tools - in this case I made a couple of transcription errors and am still working with NWC to overcome.

We've had torrential rain in the last few days and hours, water in the roof space and a very wet kitchen floor. I would expect that many areas of Brisbane will be much worse off - my wife's sister has had her neighbours' grey water/sewerage flow back into her ground storey bathromm and toilet. When it does rain here it comes down in tropical deluges - we had 18 inches in one afternoon a few years ago.

I'll get back to this notation some time after I solve my minor crises.
